April 18, 2006 AOC Technologies is pleased to announce it's acquisition of OPSTRONIX (Wuhan), Inc. in China, a growing manufacturing services provider. The acquisition includes all assets of OPSTRONIX (Wuhan) Inc. including the 16 acres premium industrial land contract in the High Technology Zone located in Wuhan Optical Valley. This acquisition represents AOC Technologies commitment to extend its full turn key (one stop shop) solution to its customers. The services range from design to manufacturing including CM, OEM & ODM with highly cost effective solutions. The combined companies have established accounts that are expected to reach $30M in revenue within the next two years. The company is happy with its steady double digit growth rate for more than five years and is very excited with the upcoming growth of the new business segment which includes core products such as Active/Passive subsystems, design and manufacturing services. AOC Technologies Inc. today launched the XFP project with a key
partner in China. XFP is a 10 Gbps small form factor pluggable
optical transceiver modules combine transmitter and receiver
functions in one compact, flexible and low cost package format.
XFP modules can be used to support OC-192/STM-64, 10 Gigabit
Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Fiber Channel, and G.709 data streams in
routers, switches and network cards.
August 10, 2005 AOC Technologies Inc. has been notified that following the successful completion of its 3rd annual audit, Perry Johnson Registrars has once again determined that AOC is in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000-2001. Feb 2004 AOC Technologies, Inc. offers a complete line of cost effective optical transceivers for FTTX applications. AOC's new Optical Biplexer and Triplexer have are available in an improved package design that simplify handling for reduced PCB assembly time and reduced the crosstalk between the transmitter and the analog receiver. Our FTTX transceivers offer various data rate up to 1.25 G and beyond.
June 2003 AOC Technologies, Inc. received approval of two new US patents. One of these new patents is for thermally stable DWDM Interleaver products, United States patent No.: US 6, 452, 725 B1, approved on September 17, 2002. The other new patent is for Holographic DWDM products, US patent No:US 6,525,846 B1, approved on February 25, 2003. AOC Technologies, Inc. has several other patent pending fiber optic products that will be induced to the market in the near future.
